1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
3. Virtual items
Gems, coins, cash, managers and other virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold. Purchases are final except where required by law or Google Play’s refund policy.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Payments are handled by Google Play. VIP subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Use “Restore purchases” in Settings to recover non-consumable purchases on a new device.
5. Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, modify the app, manipulate the device clock to gain rewards, or interfere with other services. We may reset progress or restrict access obtained by cheating.
6. Ads
The game shows ads from third parties. Rewarded videos are always optional.
7. Availability
We may update, change or discontinue the game or features at any time. Some features need an internet connection.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game in the 12 months before the claim.
