Option 1 — in the game (instant)
- Open the game and tap the gear (Settings).
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
This permanently deletes your progress on the device, your cloud save and your account (anonymous or Google-linked). The game then restarts fresh.
Option 2 — by email
Send an email to arshadh6611@gmail.com with the subject “Aurora Timber data deletion request”. If you can, include the email of the Google account you linked (if any). We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Cloud save and account record — deleted.
- Local save on the device — deleted (Option 1) or removed when you uninstall.
- Analytics and crash data linked to your app instance — deleted by Google according to its retention settings (up to 14 months) or on request.
- Purchase verification records — kept only as required for fraud prevention and legal obligations. Your purchases remain tied to your Google Play account.
